By placing your reservation, you agree to the following Cancellation Policy:

Our cancellation policy is as follows: if you find it necessary to cancel your reservation and do so fourteen or more days prior to arrival and we are able to rent the unit during your time slot we will return your deposit if we are not able to rent we will hold your deposit for an another time. Any cancellation after the fourteen days will result in the forfeiture of your deposit unless we are able to rent during your time slot then we will again will return your deposit. Thank you for considering our vacation home for your vacation!
